1. Overview

At Spicy AI (spicyai.app), we provide AI-powered character chat, image generation, video, and avatar tools. This policy explains how credits, cryptocurrency payments, refunds, third-party API keys, and fraud prevention work on our platform.

2. Credits & Cryptocurrency Payments

Spicy AI sells one-time credit packs that can be purchased with cryptocurrency. Credits are used to pay for eligible AI features on this site, including character chat, images, video, and avatars.

We do not sell subscriptions for platform credits. Credit pack prices, usage rates, and free-tier rules are published on our Pricing page.

All cryptocurrency purchases are processed as digital goods. Once credits are added to your account, the transaction is considered complete.

3. Credit rules

All Spicy AI credits are digital, non-refundable, and non-cashable.
Because we accept cryptocurrency, credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or withdrawn from the platform.
Credits have no monetary value outside Spicy AI and may only be used for eligible services on this site.
Free credits, promotional rewards, and daily login bonuses are also non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI services, infrastructure costs, and cryptocurrency payments, all credit purchases on Spicy AI are final and non-refundable.

We provide limited free credits so you can try the service before purchasing. By buying credits with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund, no-cash-out policy.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us with your account details and transaction information. We may review the case, but approval of any exception is at our sole discretion.

5. Third-Party API Keys

If you prefer to pay by credit card or other methods, you may purchase an API key from a supported third-party provider and bind it in your account Settings. That purchase is solely between you and the third party.

Spicy AI is not the seller of third-party API keys. We do not handle billing, refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes for API keys bought elsewhere. For any billing or refund issue related to a third-party API key, please contact the third-party website where you purchased it directly.

When you bind a third-party API key, usage is billed by your provider under their terms. Spicy AI only stores and uses your key securely to provide the service; we are not responsible for third-party pricing, availability, support, or refund policies.

6. Fraud Prevention

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. Measures may include:

Account and transaction monitoring
Encryption and secure storage of sensitive data
Suspension or termination of accounts involved in fraud or abuse

Users must provide accurate information and use Spicy AI in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws. Fraudulent refund claims may be rejected and may result in account action.
